Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team in Alfreton. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a positive impact on the lives of 10 unaccompanied asylum seeking young people by providing housing related assistance and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage referral and assessment processes, health and safety checks, accommodation standards, repairs system management, rent accounts, void/vacancy management, and housing related support for young people.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of our values, culture, and ethos, striving to continually improve services as part of a wider team and with the individual needs of residents at the centre of all our work.
