About the Role

As a Care Assistant at City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. You will be responsible for supporting them with their daily needs, including personal care, medication, and practical tasks. Our care assistants are the backbone of our organization, and we are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
* Assist with medication and other healthcare needs
* Help with practical tasks, such as shopping and housework
* Work collaboratively with other care professionals to deliver high-quality care
