Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Regulated Work experience with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act.A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme membership or the ability to become a member prior to employment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and external partners.A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.What We Offer
