About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at HB People. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Client Accounts: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue through existing and new client relationships.
  • Build and Sustain Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to drive business success.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and Analyze Sales Data: Track and analyze sales performance, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years of Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through sales and marketing efforts.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, develop effective sales strategies, and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Excellent Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
