About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at HB People. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through the management of client relationships and the identification of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on project progress and client relationships.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development through client relationship management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and numerate abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
