We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at HB People. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage assigned client accounts to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and sustain strong, strategic relationships with clients, internal teams, and manufacturing partners.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of customers within the food and beverage industry.
  • Responsible for costings and pricing negotiations with manufacturing partners.
  • Ensure the timely and successful execution of projects, meeting the needs of clients and manufacturing partners.
  • Present sales reports and provide clear communication on the progress of key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities by collaborating with the wider team and manufacturing partners.
  • Manage high-priority requests or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage expenditures, aligning with strategic, budgetary, and forecast goals.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and numerate abilities.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
