Our client, a renowned agriculture equipment supplier with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead their efforts in the Dorset/Wilshire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales within an assigned geographical area, generating new leads, and navigating the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales performance targets by matching products/services to customers.
  • Travel to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate CRM databases and customer information, adhering to GDPR and other legislation.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Expand industry knowledge through training workshops and professional publications.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, with agricultural sales experience being advantageous.
  • Exceptional negotiation, consultative sales, and customer service skills.
Benefits
