About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our store team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Tesco, working closely with colleagues to achieve excellent sales and customer service standards. You will be required to work across the store, providing assistance to customers and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, adhering to health and safety procedures.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
