Pets Corner UK is a leading pet store chain seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of pet care professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend products and services to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for sales growth and implement effective strategies to achieve targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of pet care professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including stock levels, displays, and cleanliness.
  • Stay up-to-date with pricing, promotions, and merchandising to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Perform key holding responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and investigate any stock losses to maintain accurate inventory levels.
