Lead the Way in Customer Experience

We're seeking an exceptional Automotive Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering a first-class customer experience and a great working environment. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians and customer service advisors to deliver a seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of around 11, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager and Workshop Controller to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed customer metrics targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver coaching and training to colleagues to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage capability and performance, ensuring that all team members are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop colleagues through delivery of technical training and ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Meet compliance standards across Health and Safety and quality, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential for this role.
  • IT proficient, with experience of using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A current full valid driving licence is required.
