Service Advisor

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at our Citroen Peterborough Retail Centre. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including establishing customers' onward travel arrangements, updating customers while their car is in our workshop, and handing over vehicles after service work.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge and update your knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
  • Adopt a sales approach regarding upselling, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and experience.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Motor Industry experience is preferable
  • Happy to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail
