We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Centre Manager to lead our team of skilled technicians and customer service advisors in delivering a seamless service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of around 11 to deliver a first-class customer experience and a great working environment.
- Work closely with an Assistant Manager and Workshop Controller to achieve sales margin and profit targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed customer metrics targets through effective management.
- Deliver coaching and training to colleagues to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage capability and performance, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and quality standards.
- Utilize labour force scheduling and time management skills to optimize team productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with IT systems, including Microsoft packages and in-house systems.
- Proven track record of achieving success with teams and delivering excellence in customer experience.
- Experience of managing capability and performance, including developing colleagues through technical training.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- IT proficiency, with experience of using Microsoft packages and in-house systems.
- A current full valid driving licence.
- Competitive salary of £35,000 - £41,000 per annum.
- Average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year.
- 5 days a week working hours.
