Finance Administrator
Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team in Banbury. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting key business functions, and providing analysis to stakeholders.

You will create and manage supplier and customer accounts, perform credit assessments, and process purchase invoices. You will work closely with the Group Finance Supervisor to ensure smooth financial operations and support the management accounts team with month-end duties.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. If you have experience in finance administration and can work independently and as part of a team, we would like to hear from you.


The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in Banbury as a Finance Administrator. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for creating and managing supplier and customer accounts, performing credit assessments, and processing purchase invoices. You will also work closely with stakeholders to resolve reconciling items, highlight incorrect invoices, and provide analysis on overdue creditors and debtors.
