Care Plus Group is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will be responsible for providing a professional and quality administrative support and reception service to patients, doctors, and other health professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the practice team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area, including greeting patients, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively with the practice team to achieve high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with practice policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Level 2 literacy and numeracy qualifications.
- Experience working in a healthcare or administrative setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
