Job summary

We currently have a 30 hours per week Receptionist vacancy in the Urgent Care Centre/Emergency Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to joint our Emergency Department team and we are seeking individuals to provide a welcoming, professional andcourteous service to patients and visitors to the Department.

Main duties of the job

Duties will be to provide a full clerical administration service including patient registrations, processing patient documentation and retrieval ofpatient records, reception duties and dealing with telephone confident communicator at all levels with the ability to display outstanding customer care skills. Excellent keyboard skills are essential with the ability to work quickly and accurately under will be required to cover a 24/7 rota which will include days/evenings/nights/weekends and bank holidays
