myenergi Ltd is a young, progressive, innovative, and fast-growing company with its HQ born and based right here in Stallingborough, with subsidiaries based in Germany, Benelux, Northern Ireland, Australia and ambitions to open facilities right across the world. We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.
Due to the exciting opening of our brand new, state of the art manufacturing facility, we are now recruiting for 2x Receptionist to provide cover over morning and afternoon shifts.
As part of a forward-thinking business you will be hungry to succeed and promote the myenergi brand, confident on the phone and a strong passion for the industry. You will be able to successfully communicate with both customers and your colleagues, ensuring all communications are dealt with accurately, promptly and professionally. The role will be office based and you will be required to meet and greet all visitors on site, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency. Ensure all internal and outgoing communications are dealt with quickly and accurately. You will be a part of ensuring we meet and surpass business expectations, promote best practices, and contribute to the company's rapid and sustainable growth, whilst complying with company standard, policy and procedures.
There are 2x part time positions available for this role. We are looking for one person to cover 8.30am - 12.30pm and a second person to cover 12.30pm to 5pm.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Covering the main reception.
- Answering internal and external telephone calls.
- Welcoming customers, visitors and clients and ensuring they are signed in.
- Assist in maintaining security.
- First point of contact for myenergi.
- Liaising with all relevant departments within the company.
- Managing deliveries and informing the relevant department.
- Performing other administrative duties as required.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Previous experience of working within a customer service / Receptionist role.
- Excellent communication skills - Written and verbal.
- Administrative and time management skills.
**Job Type**:Part-time (20 hours per week) / Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000 - £22,000 (pro-rata for part time).
