We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill an Office Administration and Management position at Anderson Hoare Limited in Mortlake, South West London.

About the Role:

  • As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the chairman, managing daily operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the chairman, including diary management and other executive-level duties.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations, including general admin, property-related admin, and PA duties.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role within the property industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Dropbox, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 per annum + discretionary bonuses.
