Ankongrafica is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to support the Lettings and Sales Departments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in an office environment, with at least 2 years experience as an estate agency or letting agency administrator.

This is a full-time position requiring excellent MS Office skills, meticulous attention to detail, accurate grammar, and a self-motivated and positive attitude.

The Office Administrator role involves diary management, preparing client letters and market reports, responding to enquiries via telephone and email, and preparing property particulars.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing uploads onto property websites and portals, preparing and printing direct marketing materials and mail merges, and liaising with bookkeepers, tenants, letting agents, contractors, and external clients.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining client databases, conducting client satisfaction surveys and testimonials, ensuring legislation compliance, and performing a wide range of other duties as required by the team.

Performance criteria include punctual time-keeping, flexibility, and adaptability. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
