Job Title: Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a qualified nurse to join our team at Turning Point UK, a leading provider of health and social care services. As a Nursing Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with substance use issues across the country.

About the Role

As a nurse in our Slough Service, you will work under the supervision of our Clinical Lead and Operations Manager to improve the wellbeing of a wide range of individuals. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and support to individuals with substance use issues
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss service user needs
  • Provide education and training to service users and their families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
