About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to lead our Stakeholder Engagement, Consultation and Communications team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in leading consultation and engagement programmes for Development Consent Order projects.

As our team is national and supports hybrid working, this position can be based from our offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Manchester, or Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a communications strategy and delivery plans for major infrastructure projects, including DCOs.
  • Managing communications channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You have extensive experience of leading the communications and consultation activities on DCO projects.
  • You're proactive and ambitious, work well both alone and in a team.
  • You have great personal communication skills, are culturally aware, and have a strong focus on inclusion and accessibility.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £65,000 - £80,000, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.
