Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional customer service and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Support the management of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales and customer service performance
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of achieving sales and customer service targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
