We are seeking passionate and dynamic educators to join our Higher Education team at the Fashion Retail Academy. Successful candidates will be instrumental in shaping the educational journey of our students across Levels 4, 5, and 6, fostering industry-relevant skills and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organise and deliver exceptional teaching activities for this module, ensuring every student receives the highest quality teaching, learning and feedback.
- Create and deliver industry-relevant module content, in line with the course and wider programme objectives.
- Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate student learning.
- A Master's degree in Fashion Marketing, Communications, Fashion Business or a related field.
- A PG CERT in HE Teaching.
- Industry experience in fashion marketing, communications, or fashion business is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in higher education.
- An hourly rate of £42.00 per teaching hour, inclusive of preparation and associated pedagogic work.
- Non-teaching duties across provisions, including course development work, paid at £23.85 per hour inclusive.
