Job Title: Associate Lecturer's

JCA | London Fashion Academy is seeking highly skilled and experienced Associate Lecturers to join our academic team. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning experiences to our students.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fashion education and have a strong background in teaching and learning. As an Associate Lecturer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative and engaging learning experiences that equip students with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our students
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the fashion industry and its trends
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students to support their academic and professional development
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. fashion, education, business)
  • Proven teaching and learning experience in a higher education setting
  • Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
