About the Role

JCA London Fashion Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Lecturer to join our academic team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to our students, providing mentorship and guidance to support their academic and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences that equip students with the skills, knowledge, and attributes required by design entrepreneurs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students, supporting their academic and professional development.
  • Contribute to the development of a sense of student and academic/professional community.
  • Assist with the operational teaching and/or mentorship delivery of courses/modules.
  • Participate in open days, induction, and other student-facing forums.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in teaching and/or mentoring in a higher education setting.
  • Strong industry connections and networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
