About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced academic to lead our BA (Hons) Marketing & Communications for Fashion degree. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management, planning, and delivery of the course, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and feedback for our students.

About the Role

The Course Leader will advise and guide the Fashion Retail Academy on the latest industry changes, ensuring our course stays current and relevant. They will also be responsible for developing and delivering a highly industry-relevant and student-centred curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Previous Course Leader experience is essential.
  • Subject matter expertise in Fashion Marketing and Communication, Performance Marketing, and Marketing Strategy.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of teaching and curriculum development within a Higher Education environment.
  • Strong operational management skills and a good understanding of quality assurance and teaching and learning best practice.
  • Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with course team members.
  • Excellent IT, digital, and data analytical skills.
  • Thorough understanding of safeguarding.
  • Desirable: degree in Fashion Business, Marketing, Retail, or Management, or a related subject.
