About the Role

The Digital Marketing Educator will lead and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment experiences for students on our Level 4 Digital Marketing for Fashion course. The course covers marketing strategies development and implementation at different levels.

As a Group Lead, you will be responsible for developing innovative pedagogy, focusing on high standards and best possible student outcomes. You will be accountable for student success in your groups and support, challenge, and stretch their achievements.

We welcome applications for Full-Time or Part-Time positions. Teaching days will be Monday to Thursday, with a remote admin day on Friday.

About You

  • You will have good knowledge of digital marketing and marketing principles.
  • You will have a multi-disciplinary background and in-depth knowledge of Learning, Teaching, Assessment, and Feedback practices or expert industry knowledge.
  • You will be creative, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will have outstanding current knowledge of subject areas and the Fashion Retail landscape.
  • You will have teaching experience within an educational setting (ideally Post-16) or be willing to complete a teaching qualification course upon appointment.

While a PGCE/teaching qualification is not essential, it would be beneficial. We also welcome applications from those with strong industry experience who are passionate about commencing a teaching career.

Salary Information

Part-Time FTE: £0.60 - £18,400 per annum
Full-Time FTE: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum
Subject to qualifications and experience.
