About the Role

We are seeking a talented Fashion Design Manager to join our dedicated Kidswear team at LF Fashion. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and developing design concepts for young and older girlswear.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts for girlswear, working closely with the design team and production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and themes, and use this knowledge to develop the brand and ensure all products are designed and manufactured in line with customer direction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers at all levels, including customers and factories and third parties based in the Far East and Europe.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), Photoshop, and Illustrator to create and develop design concepts.
  • Design and develop shape, graphics, and other visual elements for girlswear products.
Requirements
  • Experience in high-street fashion design, preferably in girlswear.
  • Commercially aware of current trends and themes, with the ability to develop the brand and work with production to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues and customers at all levels.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to design and develop shape, graphics, and other visual elements for girlswear products.
  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business, or retail.
