LF Fashion Ltd is a dynamic and innovative company, part of the Li & Fung group, which has over 115 years of experience in the design, development, and sourcing of consumer goods. We are seeking a skilled Creative Fashion Designer to join our Kidswear team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Design Manager and be responsible for creating and developing design concepts for young and older girlswear.

As a member of our small but dedicated team, you will be hands-on and work on all aspects of the business, from initial concept to finished product. Your primary focus will be on ensuring we provide high-quality, on-trend fashion to our customers. You will need to be commercially aware of current trends and themes, developing the brand and working with production to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design shape, graphics, and commercial products for girlswear
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all products meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and third parties
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to bring designs to life

Requirements:

  • Strong fashion design skills, ideally with a degree in fashion design, business, or retail
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Proficiency in 3D design skills
