About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that purchase orders are placed effectively and on time to achieve optimal cost. This will involve maintaining timely communication with suppliers, setting and reviewing KPIs, and securing supplier capacity to support current and new product introduction demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate MRP/ERP data to ensure purchase orders are placed effectively and on time
  • Take ownership of part pricing and confirm purchase orders
  • Communicate supply chain risks and escalate as necessary to deliver strategic business objectives
  • Coordinate relationships with suppliers, setting and reviewing KPIs regularly

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of MRP/ERP systems and procurement processes is essential
  • Ability to deliver results within tight timeframes in a fast-moving environment
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a systematic way
