Quantitative Analysis Specialist Position

Saxton Recruitment's partner company is seeking a Quantitative Analysis Specialist to support their commercial operations in Northampton.

This exciting role presents an opportunity to work on large-scale design and build projects, valued between £20m to £120m.

The initial project involves developing an industrial and logistics park consisting of multiple individual projects, each with a projected value of £25m to £50m, totaling £150m over four years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting commercial operations, including procurement and management of sub-contractor packages
  • Dealing with variations and valuations
  • Input during pre-construction stage
  • Production of CVRs

Requirements:

  • Experience managing sub-contractor variations
  • Experience working with a building contractor
  • Experience dealing with final accounts
  • Industry-related qualification

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
