The Role

As a Corporate Governance Specialist, you will provide high-quality formal minutes, manage stakeholder expectations, and take a proactive approach to forward planning. You will also oversee root cause analysis and design remediation plans, monitor action plan status, and maintain accurate DCDs and deficiency logs.
