About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a high-quality service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC Pin
  • Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice
  • A background in person-centred care planning within a care home
