About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a high-quality service
  • Ensure compliance with National Standards and NMC code of practice
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding care outcomes
Requirements
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice
  • Background in person-centred care planning within a care home
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
