About You
HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice, and a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. This role requires the ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training in associated areas.
