We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical care is provided to our residents, going beyond professional standards and statutory requirements.
Main Responsibilities
As a Deputy Home Manager, you will provide specialist nursing support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervise and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in person-centred care planning, a valid PIN number, and knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code of practice. You will also have experience as a senior or manager within a care home and be able to manage time effectively, keep meaningful records, and communicate with residents and colleagues in a considerate and kind manner.
