We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standards.
- Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues, promoting a culture of person-centered care.
- Supervise and coach colleagues to ensure that they are equipped to provide outstanding care and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Valid NMC Pin and knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice.
- Background in person-centered care planning within a care home.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate records.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and services.
- Paid NMC PIN renewal and Nursing Times Membership.
