Job Title: Deputy Home Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical care to our residents. You will provide specialist nursing support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide specialist nursing support and advice to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care
* Take responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager
* Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that is empathetic and resident-focused
* Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and other members of the care team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care

Person Specification:

* Nurse Qualified with experience as a senior or manager within a care home
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong clinical knowledge and skills
