About You
We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice, and a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. You will be able to recognise the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if there are any concerns. Safeguarding training will be provided as part of your role.
