About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the development, design, and execution of our complete managed cybersecurity product and services portfolio. As Head of Cybersecurity Proposition, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development, design, and running of a complete portfolio and roadmap of cybersecurity products and services.
  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity and IT, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Conducting structured, qualitative market research of demand through liaison with existing and prospective clients, vendors, and industry thought leaders.
  • Being accountable for the design, delivery, and success of the managed cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Leading the continued development of the IT product and service portfolio.
  • Supporting and educating the Opus sales and pre-sales teams on all matters cybersecurity.
  • Consulting various internal teams at Opus on best practices for managing IT and cybersecurity.
  • Developing a world-class IT service management system stack and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Controlling all relevant continuous improvement initiatives, including feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

We are seeking a Head of Cybersecurity Proposition with:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in service design and/or management within IT managed services organizations.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in managed cybersecurity product and service research and management.
  • Sound knowledge of product lifecycle management and associated cross-functional project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products or services.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of the cybersecurity service and product landscape.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with IT managed service systems and automation methodologies.
  • A specialist in B2B cybersecurity and IT products and services for mid-market and enterprise.
  • Experienced in the ground-up development, building, and running of new services, including structured market research, development of go-to-market strategies, commercial modeling, and operational implementation.
  • Continuously driven, ambitious, and results-focused, with a strong self-starter mentality.
