Senior Propositions Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Cybersecurity Proposition to join our Technology Design Team at Opus Technology. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development, design, and execution of a comprehensive managed security product and services portfolio, as well as the strategic development roadmap focused on mid-market and enterprise markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development, design, and running of a complete portfolio and roadmap of Cybersecurity products and services
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Cybersecurity and IT, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities
- Conduct structured, qualitative market research of demand through liaison with existing and prospective clients, vendors, and industry thought leaders
- Be accountable for the design, delivery, and success of the managed Cybersecurity portfolio
- Lead the continued development of the IT product and Service portfolio
- Support and educate the Opus sales and pre-sales teams on all matters cybersecurity
- Consult with various internal teams at Opus on best practices for Managing IT and Cybersecurity
- Develop a world-class ITSM system stack and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Control all relevant continuous improvement initiatives, including feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years' experience in service design and/or management within IT Managed Services organization
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Managed Cyber Security product & service research and management
- Sound knowledge of product lifecycle management and associated cross-functional project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products or services
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly desirable
- Sound knowledge of the Cybersecurity service and product landscape
- Extensive knowledge and experience with IT Managed Service systems and automation methodologies
- A specialist in B2B cybersecurity and IT products and services for mid-market and enterprise
- Experienced in the ground-up development, building, and running of new services, including structured market research, development of go-to-market strategies, commercial modeling, and operational implementation
- Continuously driven, ambitious, and results-focused, with a strong self-starter mentality
