Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of our managed cybersecurity portfolio, including the design, delivery, and success of our cybersecurity products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, design, and running of a complete portfolio and roadmap of cybersecurity products and services
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity and IT, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities
  • Be accountable for the design, delivery, and success of the managed cybersecurity portfolio
  • Lead the continued development of the IT product and service portfolio
  • Support and educate the Opus sales and pre-sales teams on all matters cybersecurity
  • Consult with internal teams on best practices for managing IT and cybersecurity

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in service design and/or management within an IT managed services organization
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in managed cybersecurity product and service research and management
  • Sound knowledge of product lifecycle management and associated cross-functional project management
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly desirable
  • Sound knowledge of the cybersecurity service and product landscape
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with IT managed service systems and automation methodologies
  • A specialist in B2B cybersecurity and IT products and services for mid-market and enterprise
  • Experienced in the ground-up development, building, and running of new services, including structured market research, development of go-to-market strategies, commercial modeling, and operational implementation
