Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Proposition to lead the development and execution of our managed cybersecurity product and services portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Cybersecurity Portfolio
    • Design and implement a comprehensive portfolio of cybersecurity products and services
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity and IT services
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and launch new services
    • Work with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Drive Business Growth
    • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction
    • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
    • Work with customer-facing teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years' Experience
    • Proven experience in service design and management within IT managed services organizations
    • Experience in managed cybersecurity product and service research and management
  • Strong Technical Skills
    • Sound knowledge of product lifecycle management and associated cross-functional project management
    • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly desirable
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products or services
    • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
