Income Management Officer

We are currently looking for an experienced Income Management Officer to join our team at Berneslai Homes. The successful candidate will provide customer-focused income management services, ensuring timely interventions to prevent tenancy terminations.
Responsibilities include preparing legal notices, monitoring rent accounts, and providing guidance on financial exclusion and welfare reform impacts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
The salary range for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per year, contingent upon qualifications and experience. A Basic Criminal Record Check is required for this role. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who can bring valuable perspectives to our team.
