Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Jenrick Commercial, a specialist commercial company serving the food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and logistics industries.

The successful candidate will work full-time on-site, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, providing administrative support to our commercial operations team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the commercial operations team, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
  • Assist with the preparation of commercial reports, including data analysis and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative support specialist in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
