As a key member of the finance team, your contributions will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities, directly impacting the company’s success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize accountancy and basic bookkeeping skills to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Demonstrate computer proficiency with accounting software and relevant applications, including spreadsheets.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to assess financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and statement reconciliations to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory accounts, offering valuable insights to the finance team.
  • Contribute to cash flow forecasting to support the financial health and stability of the organization.
  • Prepare and present various financial reports as required, delivering data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Manage credit control processes to ensure timely client payments and uphold a healthy cash flow.
  • Handle minor purchasing and administrative tasks to facilitate the efficient operation of the finance department.
