RG Consultancy is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join their finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for processing high-volume purchase invoices, matching and coding invoices to a high standard, and performing supplier statement reconciliations.

Key duties include:

  • Processing high-volume purchase invoices
  • Matching and coding invoices to a high standard
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Weekly BACS payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with VAT and CIS returns
  • Processing wages onto SAGE Payroll
  • Other ad-hoc duties, working closely with the finance manager

Requirements:

  • SAGE accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • Understanding of payroll is not essential
