RG Consultancy is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join their finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for processing high-volume purchase invoices, matching and coding invoices to a high standard, and performing supplier statement reconciliations.
Key duties include:
- Processing high-volume purchase invoices
- Matching and coding invoices to a high standard
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Weekly BACS payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with VAT and CIS returns
- Processing wages onto SAGE Payroll
- Other ad-hoc duties, working closely with the finance manager
Requirements:
- SAGE accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Understanding of payroll is not essential
Benefits:

- Able to purchase up to 5 more days with service
