We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at Whiteoak Associates in Uxbridge, Greater London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling aluminium windows, doors & curtain walling into Construction Contractors, Engineering Consultants and Local Authorities.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing revenues within existing clients while identifying, targeting & winning new customers across the South of England (including London) and the Midlands. Your primary focus will be on large-scale Office, Commercial and Public Building New Builds & Refurbishments, with order values ranging from £50k to £4 million.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell aluminium windows, doors & curtain walling into Construction Contractors, Engineering Consultants and Local Authorities
• Manage sales territory and develop relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify, target & win new customers
• Grow revenues within existing clients
• Work on large-scale Office, Commercial and Public Building New Builds & Refurbishments
What We Offer
The company offers a competitive basic salary between £55k-£60k (dependent upon experience), Hybrid Company Car, Annual Bonus up to £25k (based on performance), 22 days holiday + BH, Pension scheme, Health cash plan, and excellent long-term career prospects.
