About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day management of a business unit within Frasers Group. The successful candidate will lead a team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Frasers Group as an ambassador for business excellence
  • Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
  • Drive all revenue lines from sales to product and services, to drive profitability
  • Effective management of controllable costs like stock orders and supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
  • Lead by example in a member-facing role designed to enhance every customer interaction
  • Ensure central processes like business planning and execution are followed and delivered to the highest level consistently
  • Drive collective buy-in to national focuses and incentives like business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members
  • Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard using our in-house systems
  • Will and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basis
  • Reporting facilities and maintenance related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines
  • Manage business rotas based on budgets, ensuring fully trained team members are always onsite
  • Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions
  • Able to effectively manage all policies and procedures, including health and safety
  • Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Requirements:

  • Possession of a Level 2 qualification in business or a related field (desirable)
  • 1+ year previous management role experience within a business environment
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers
  • A positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity
  • A business champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role
  • Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business, including weekends and Bank Holidays when required
