At Yodel, we're looking for a proactive and dedicated Account Manager to join our fast-paced Commercial team. As a key point of contact, you'll develop and maintain long-term client relationships, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet business targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services
- Managing client portfolios to ensure timely payment and operational delivery
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and developing plans to capitalize on them
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of delivering against sales targets and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent IT skills, with experience in working with CRM systems
