Children's Services Manager

We are recruiting for a skilled Residential Care Lead to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd in Wavertree. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a 2-bed children's residential home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to vulnerable children and young people.
- Starting Salary: £50,600 per annum (inclusive of market rate)
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated care team, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and CQC standards, and overseeing budgets while maintaining high-quality care. Key skills and qualifications required include:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete).
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding, and compliance.
